Your username is your email address and you will need to create a password, if you have not already done so. Once you are logged in you will be able to view all your benefit elections, summary of benefits and any necessary form you may need.
New Hires are eligible for most benefits on the first of the month following 60 days.

Supplemental Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance – Our employees may purchase Supplemental Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) insurance for themselves, their spouse and their children, up to certain limits. AD&D insurance pays a benefit if an employee (or a covered family member) becomes paralyzed, dismembered or dies as the result of an accident.
Associate Basic Life Insurance – After one year of service employees are provided with company paid basic life insurance. Please remember to keep your beneficiaries up to date.
Disability Insurance: SunLife
In the event you suffer a long-term illness or injury and are no longer able to work, Adams Construction Company employee disability insurance will cover you at 60% of your base salary for Short Term Disability.
Buy-Up – Eligible employees can elect to purchase the Short Term Disability buy-up to increase their coverage amount.
Long Term Disability (LTD) – Eligible employees can elect to purchase LTD. In the event you become disabled, long term disability will pay you 60%.
