As you all know by now, we are experiencing unprecedented times which requires all of us to perform our business and live our lives a little differently right now for our own good, that of our employees, faithful customers, friends and families. For many of us, it’s uncomfortable, but absolutely necessary. Rest assured, Adams Construction Company in taking the COVID-19 threat seriously and took early and aggressive steps to protect all of us while continuing to do our essential business.
We continue to stay abreast of the best and most current information available from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and react accordingly. It is critical that you assist us in our efforts to social distance. Please keep at least six feet separation from, or phone, our employees and we will do the same in respect to you and your representatives. We are washing our hands frequently and using antibacterial agents at our facilities. We mandate employees that don’t feel well or exhibit COVID-19 like symptoms to stay at home or seek medical attention immediately. Together we can help stop the spread of this virus with these meaningful and simple steps. Additionally, we continue to develop, follow and update our response plans and policies for all facets of our operations.
As we continue to meet our obligations as a Critical Infrastructure Contractor & Supplier, our administrative offices remain open during normal business hours with many of our employees telecommuting in shifts to eliminate the potential of cross contamination. In doing so, this will allow us to perform our essential functions and serve you. Out of an abundance of caution, we are eliminating non-essential business travel and non-essential meetings and appreciate your understanding.
